Booking and Cancellation Policies

Dear client, by proceeding with the booking, you agree to our terms and conditions:

For RV and Tent Site Reservations

• For bookings of less than 7 days, we require a deposit equivalent to one night.
• For bookings of 7 days or more, the deposit is $ 125.

The deposit is payable upon booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged 7 days before arrival to the credit card used for the reservation. If the balance cannot be withdrawn, the reservation may be cancelled without notice, and the deposit will be retained. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of any credit card changes.

For cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival, a $ 35 administrative fee will be charged. No changes or cancellations are permitted within 7 days of arrival. One modification per booking is allowed outside of this period.

No refunds will be issued if deadlines are not met. All prices are subject to change without notice.

For Cabin and Chalet Bookings

• For bookings of less than 7 days, a deposit equivalent to one night is required.
• For bookings of 7 days or more, the deposit is $ 500.

The deposit is payable upon booking. The remaining balance will be charged 14 days before arrival to the credit card on file. If the balance cannot be withdrawn, the reservation may be cancelled without notice, and the deposit will be retained. Customers are responsible for informing us of any credit card changes.
