Plan your trip!
Arrival time:
RV and tent sites: from 2:00 p.m.
Chalets and cabins: from 3:00 p.m.
We offer early arrival for an additional fee if there are availabilities (please call for confirmation).
For late arrivals, please, notify the reception team and they will be happy to prepare the documents for you so that you can arrive at the time of your choice.
Departure times:
RV and tent sites: at least 12:00 p.m.
Chalets and cabins: at least 11:00 a.m.
We offer late check-out for an additional fee if there are availabilities (please call us before to confirm).
Cancellation policy:
RV site and tent: $35 fee for any cancellation moren than 7 days before the arrival date. No changes, no cancellations possible after these deadlines.
Chalets and cabins: $100 fee for any cancellation more than 14 days before the arrival date. No changes, no cancellations possible after these deadlines.
